Nylon Liner Tool
Replacing a shape of a nylor frame is sometimes complicated especially when the mount is very angular.
The shape being very supple, pushing it without guiding it, it twists.
The nylon liner tool is composed of an axis in which the lip will be slid, being guided it will be much easier to exert a thrust to make it enter the groove of the frame.
1 : Introduce the shape on the axis
2 : cut the shape very inclined
3 : start sliding it into the frame.
4 : push on the cylinder
To facilitate the passage of the corners, heat very slightly the end of the shape with your heater.
Feature : stainless steel, Can be used with a maximum diameter of 0.50 mm ( standard shape 0,45 x 0,55 mm ou 0,50 x 0,55 mm )
